Shipping

Canadian orders

 

Shipping charges are dependent upon location and will be confirmed upon order, shipped from the Canadian warehouse.  The following charges are per unit:

  • BC, AB, SK, MB $40

  • ON $50

  • QC, NB, NS, PE, NL $65

  • NT $100

  • YT $150

  • NU $200

International orders (outside of Canada)

​

Shipping charges are dependent upon location and shipped from a Canadian warehouse. These charges DO NOT INCLUDE any taxes or duty that may be required. Applicable taxes, duties and exchange rate at the time of processing are passed on to the person ordering.  Contact us for more details and to place your order.

Upon receipt of your garage containment mat

​

If an item is not in good condition, please email us at info@supermatscanada.com along with pictures so we can resolve the issue. You must notify us within 5 business days from receiving your SUPERMats if the product is damaged or defective.

Changing shipping information

​

You may be able to change the shipping information, once the order has been processed. Please email us at info@supermatscanada.com or call us at #1-855-905-5438.

Tracking number for the shipment

​

Custom tracking numbers will arrive in a separate email after the product is paid for and shipped via the carrier and may take up to 24 business hours for the shipment to appear in the carrier system. 

Warranty 

​

SUPERMats warrants your garage containment mat to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 seasons from the date of purchase, subject to the following limitations:

​

This warranty does not cover the following:

  • Improper installation 

  • Damage from acts of nature

  • Placement on any surface that is not smooth and flat

  • Use with snow chains or studded snow tires

  • Burns caused by hot objects or open flames

  • Punctures caused by rocks and other sharp objects. (Like shovels, ice chippers and rakes)

  • Use of solvents, chemicals and abrasive detergents

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Discoloration  that may occur over time from direct or indirect light

  • Tire impressions made on the mat, which is considered normal

  • Hot tire marks and/or tires sticking on the mat. This is caused by driving on the mat while tires are hot from the road, which causes the mat to bunch up. Solution: Cool tires prior to pulling in on; pull slightly ahead before backing up to free sticky tires.

  • Slight size variations in finished product compared to custom or stated size on web and/or product box due to heat-sealing of edges

Should a defect occur, email us at info@supermatscanada.com with photos and details of why you think the mat is defective. We must see pictures of the defective area.

 

If the product is determined to be defective other than shipping or customer damage, then we will email you a Prepaid Return Postage Form to ship the product back to us.  No returns will be accepted without the provided Prepaid  Return Postage Form.

Upon receipt of the returned mat, SUPERMats will either repair or replace the defective mat(s) as it deems necessary.
